Areas of Practice:

Adriana Care is the principal of the firm. Adriana Care is a qualified legal practitioner and has been involved in conveyancing and property law for over 12 years. Adriana studied at the University of Western Sydney Macarthur. Adriana went on to study her Masters of Law at Sydney University.

Prior to joining Coutts Conveyancing, Adriana started her legal career with Clayton Utz in their property section as a paralegal for 2 years. As a graduate Adriana joined Ernst & Young Law and worked in the property and commercial department. She then moved onto Dibbs Abbott Stillman where she worked in commercial law and specialised in franchising law. Adriana was then approached by Wizard Home Loans to be their in house legal advisor, where she worked for two years.

Adriana has grown up and lived in the Macarthur area for over 25 years. Adriana, her husband and daughter now live in Camden.

Adriana is excited that she is now able to practise in the Macarthur area which has been her ambition since practising law in the Sydney CBD.

Michelle Newling is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer and JP. Michelle obtained her accreditations through Macquarie University.

Michelle Newling went to school and has lived in the Macarthur area for over 20 years. Michelle started her employment on a traineeship with Camden Council. Michelle then decided that she would like to work in law and joined Coutts Conveyancing as a receptionist in 2002.

Michelle is a great member of the Coutts Conveyancing team and is continuously committed to providing professional and quality service to its clients.

In her spare time, away from Coutts Conveyancing, Michelle loves going to the gym, and cooking.

Simone is our Receptionist.

Simone is a local macarthur girl who went to school at St Pauls Catholic School and continued her studies at Magdalene Catholic High School.  Simone is currently being trained in all areas of conveyancing and is an important support member of the team that assists the staff to ensure all transaction run smoothly and help provide a superior service every time.

Belinda has lived in the Macarthur Area for 6 years, she went to school at St Patricks College and is currently studying law at University of Wollongong.

Belinda enjoys travelling and sports.
